Chapter 5

When all of them reached the temple , they could see lakhs of people gathered outside, their voices rising in a cacophony of excitement and anticipation. The grandeur of the ancient temple loomed before them, its weathered stone walls adorned with intricate carvings and symbols. The air was charged with an electric energy, as if the very atmosphere buzzed with a sense of reverence and wonder.

The scent of burning incense filled the air, mingling with the faint hum of distant chanting. Colourful banners fluttered in the breeze, adding a festive touch to the solemnity of the occasion.

Among the crowd, there were people of all walks of life - some dressed in traditional robes, others in modern attire, all united by a common purpose. Some held offerings of flowers and fruits, while others clutched prayer beads, their fingers moving rhythmically in silent devotion.

At the heart of the gathering, the temple's towering doors stood closed. It was said that within those hallowed halls lay ancient relics and sacred artifacts, imbued with the wisdom of generations long past.

As they were gazing at the spectacle before them, a sense of awe washed over them, humbling their spirits. They realized that they were part of something much greater, a continuation of a timeless tradition that had spanned centuries.

With a deep breath, they got out of their cars, eager to experience the magic and reverence that awaited within those sacred walls. The minute they got out of their cars they could see their grandparents and other royal families waiting near the closed doors of the temple. Since, The Rajvanshs, The Rajputs, The Chauhans and The Rathores were the most powerful of the royal families, the present generation of these families were to perform the rituals.

Amidst the bustling crowd and the awe-inspiring temple, Ekansh's gaze wandered, and suddenly, it came to rest upon her. She stood out like a radiant jewel against the backdrop of the ancient stones and the vibrant colors of the temple festival. She was dressed in a red Rajasthani lehenga, and she appeared utterly ethereal.

Her attire, a vivid shade of red, was adorned with intricate embroidery and exquisite embellishments. It seemed as though she had stepped out of a traditional Rajasthani painting, her lehenga billowing gently as she moved, creating a mesmerizing visual spectacle. The vibrant red of her outfit contrasted beautifully with the earthy tones of the temple's surroundings.

Her beauty was not just skin deep; it was in the way she carried herself with grace and confidence. Her dark, expressive eyes held a depth of emotion, and her smile was like a beacon of joy in the midst of the bustling crowd.

He found himself captivated, his heart stirred by her presence. In that moment, amidst the grandeur of the temple, he felt a connection, as if destiny had brought them together. He couldn't help but be smitten by Isha Chauhan, who looked like a vision of beauty and grace amidst the vibrant tapestry of the temple's celebration.

In that moment, as Isha looked up, their eyes locked in a powerful gaze. Time seemed to stand still, and it was as if the world around them faded into the background. The connection between them was instant and intense, a magnetic force that drew them closer together.

Isha found herself captivated by him, unable to look away from his piercing eyes and the way they seemed to hold a universe of emotions. It was as though they had stumbled upon something extraordinary, a connection that defied explanation and left them both feeling as if they had known each other for a lifetime, even though they were strangers until that very moment.

As Vihaan continued to scan the lively crowd and take in the majestic temple, his eyes once again landed on the girl who had captured his attention earlier. This time, she was dressed in a vibrant yellow Rajasthani lehenga, and she looked as captivating as ever.

The yellow lehenga seemed to radiate warmth and happiness, making her stand out even more amidst the diverse sea of colours. The intricate patterns and embroidery on her outfit told a story of tradition and culture, and she wore it with an effortless grace that seemed to come naturally to her.

Her presence was like a burst of sunshine in the midst of the crowd, and he couldn't help but be drawn to her . She had a magnetic aura that was impossible to ignore, and he found himself utterly smitten by her.

In that moment, amidst the grandeur of the temple and the festivities, he realized that it wasn't just her clothing or appearance that had captivated him; it was something deeper, something indefinable about her that had captured his heart. Fate had a curious way of weaving connections, and he couldn't help but feel that he was meant to encounter Meera Rathore, the girl whose thoughts had occupied his mind.

As Meera's gaze lifted, she found herself locking eyes with the him. In that moment, it felt as if the world around them had faded into insignificance, leaving only the two of them in an intimate, charged atmosphere.

Meera could feel her heart quicken its pace, responding to the magnetic pull of this enigmatic presence. His eyes held a depth that seemed to draw her in, stirring a mixture of emotions within her-curiosity, fascination, and a strange sense of familiarity. She couldn't look away, and neither could he. It was as though they were caught in a silent exchange, communicating in a language beyond words.

As Aarav was looking around the vibrant temple grounds and the bustling crowd, his eyes once again landed on the girl who had occupied his thoughts. She was dressed in a pastel pink Rajasthani lehenga, and at that moment, she looked even more enchanting than before.

The pastel pink lehenga draped gracefully around her, its delicate embroidery and intricate designs adding to her allure. The soft, subtle color complemented her complexion and seemed to accentuate her natural beauty. She moved with a grace that was both captivating and mesmerizing.

Her presence was like a gentle whisper amidst the chaotic festival, a subtle yet irresistible force that drew him in. He couldn't help but be smitten by her, as if fate had conspired to bring them together amidst the grandeur of the temple and the celebration.

In that moment, he knew that there was something special about her, something that transcended mere physical appearance. It was as if their paths had crossed for a reason, and he couldn't help but be utterly captivated by Saanvi Rajvansh , who had cast a spell on his heart.

When Saanvi was looking around, she noticed Aarav and they found themselves in an intense and captivating moment as their eyes locked. In that brief yet electrifying exchange, they communicated without words, their emotions and desires speaking volumes. The intensity of their eye lock sent shivers down their spines, and their hearts raced in unison. A connection that had ignited between them in that intense eye lock was hinting at a story waiting to unfold.

As Ansh stood there amidst the vibrant festival and the enchanting atmosphere of the temple, his thoughts began to wander to a certain someone he wished was by his side. In the midst of all the beauty and celebration around him, he couldn't help but yearn for the presence of that one person who was none other than Ara Raghuvanshi, who was also a member of one of the royal families and also the best friend of Isha and Meera.(Ara couldn't attend the pooja due to some reasons and would be attending the celebration from the second pooja but, Ansh didn't know about it)

All of them were brought out of their trance when their siblings started moving towards the temple. They reached the place where their families were present, all the youngsters started greeting the elders and took blessings of everyone but, it was kind of akward when The Rajputs The Rajvanshs and The Chauhans The Rathores had to exchange greetings because almost all the family members could sense the thick tension between the grandparents of the four families which was undeniable and palpable. The air in their presence grew heavy with unspoken words and unresolved issues. The grandchildren, in particular, could sense the discord between their grandparents as the joyfulness in their grandparents' eyes was now replaced with a profound sadness. Just then the priest arrived and asked the siblings of the four families lead by the eldest i.e, Ekansh, Vihaan, Aarav and Ansh to enter the temple to start the rituals without any further adieu. The four families greeted each other as a formality and the siblings started moving towards the temple doors and the elders followed. All the while the youngest siblings were thinking of the cause behind the rift between the families as it certainly didn't look like business rivalry. They decided they would look into it later and started concentrating on the pooja.

Ekansh, Vihaan, Aarav and Ansh along with their siblings were doing all the rituals with utmost devotion and sincerity. The rituals scheduled for day one started and went on in full swing.
